Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Drift Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on public records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
