Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Jackson, MS)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Jackson, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
