Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Early Learning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
