Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Quarry Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Houston design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
