Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Fox Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 987 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
