Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Granite Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
