Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quarry Care Services and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
