Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
