Bright Field Housing is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
