Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across El Paso, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
