Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Stone Transit Planning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
