Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Detroit, MI)

Harborlight Stone Arts Center is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience.
