Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Denver presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
