Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Rowan Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Dallas presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
