Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Nest Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
