Harborlight Willow Learning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication.
