Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Cincinnati with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
