Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Cincinnati design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
