Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Care Services and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
