Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Kestrel Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Baltimore area, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
