Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Austin, TX)

Cedar Summit Early Learning Associates is an early-learning provider in Austin, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
