Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Austin with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics.
