Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Summit Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Wichita, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 601 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
