Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Beacon Community Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 469 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
