Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Stone Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Tucson working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
