Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Forge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Tucson working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 577 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
