Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Early Learning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
