Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar West Care Services Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
