Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around St. Louis, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
