Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Meridian Civic Services supports public agencies in St. Louis with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 789 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
