Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Glen Civic Services and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
