Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Seattle, WA)

Lumen North Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Seattle area, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
