Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
