Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Seattle, WA)

Summit Field Community Partners is a Seattle charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
