Northwind Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
