Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Community Partners is a nonprofit in Seattle supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
