Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Summit Early Learning Holdings operates neighbourhood childcare around Savannah, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 693 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
