Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in San Diego with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
