Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Quill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in San Diego working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience.
