Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Stone Arts Center is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
