Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Cross Civic Services Group supports public agencies in San Antonio with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 240 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
