Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ashton Care Services and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
