Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ember Community Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 923 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
