Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
