Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Basin Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Rochester design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
