Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Rochester, NY)

Nova Loom Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
