Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Iron Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
