Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood North Learning Group Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
