Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Rochester, NY)

Summit Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Rochester with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
