Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Rowan Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Rochester presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
